1. Do you provide printed catalogue?

Our inventory changes frequently and we have many new items added regularly. Therefore we do not provide a printed catalogue. Our web site offers access to our online catalogue that is always up to date.

2. Do you carry items other than in the website?

All products which are available for sale is already displayed on the website. As time progresses, we will add more products to our inventory. Please check back often. If you have specific item in mind, you are welcome to send us the pictures. We will consider that in our future product planning, depending on the demands.

3. Are all items sterling silver?

Yes! All our products are 92.5% silver.

4. Do you have a physical stores?

In an effort to keep our prices low, we only do business online at the moment.

5. Where do you actually based?

We are an Indonesian company and based in Bali, Indonesia.

6. Can I buy directly from your office?

At this time purchases are processed on online only. We do not accept visitation at our office.

7. Why your telephone number is not listed on the website?

As we are an online business, we strongly recommend customers to contact us via email instead making an international call to Bali. Different time zone between Indonesia and your country may make it difficult to call within our office hour. We wish customers’ enquiry to be respond accordingly and appropriately. Therefore all enquiries will be responded via emails only. If you really need to call us, please email us and we will provide the telephone number and the best time to call. Complete address and telephone number is also stated in every commercial invoice for shipping.

8. Do you have any shops in Australia?

No. We are an Indonesian business and do not have shops or office in Australia. All orders are sent directly from Bali.

9. Do you have minimum order?

We do not have minimum orders. Although we always remind customers that minimum shipping fee will applies.

10. How much is the postage?

Shipping cost and other ordering information can be viewed at Shipping Information page. To have the most efficient shipping cost, we always suggest customer to order in quantity which closest to weight maximum limitation. Please ensure that you have read our ordering information and terms and condition before placing the order.

11. Do you ship worldwide?

Bali Bead Shop ships internationally to most countries. If you country is not listed, please contact us for shipping rates. Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for any local taxes or customs fee that might be impose by your country. For further information please see our terms and condition section.

12. How long will it take to receive my order?

It depends on the your location. We take pride in our service pace. All paid orders are usually shipped within 24 hours. We will give you the approximate time when you will receive your package.

13. Do I have to have a reseller license, tax number to buy from you?

No, we are happy to sell to everybody.

14. Do you offer wholesale discounts?

We do offer discounts to our customers who buy in bulk. Please contact us for further information.

15. When will you ship my product?

All orders are shipped after 24 hrs of receiving payment (excluding weekends/holidays), unless we need to confirm your shipping details. Please ensure that your shipping details are all correct. We also need your telephone number for every shipment so please include that when placing the order. An email will be sent confirming that the payment has been received. If you did not receive one please check your junk folder or change your spam settings.

16. Was my order actually shipped out when I received my payment confirmation email?

If you received the payment confirmation email that means your order has been prepared and waiting for the pick up. If your shipment is delayed for some reason, you will be notified within 24 hours or less about the delay.

17. I place an order but have not received any emails or replies.

In usual cases, the email address is entered wrong when placing the order or our reply is block by spam filters. Please change your spam filters or check your junk mailbox. We answer all emails and if you are not getting any emails (especially Yahoo, Hotmail users) then you have a spam control that is blocking our server. Please contact us again and provide a different email address so we can reply to that alternative email address.

19. Do you sell Vermeil products?

Yes, we accept Vermeil service — the range will be the same as sterling silver. Please contact us for more details.
