- We are not responsible for any typographical errors in the content of this web site including, but not limited to; pricing, specifications and items codes.
- All prices are subject to change without any prior notice.
Should there be a change to any item, or the total of items from an order, we will advise customers in the confirmation letter.
- The beads pictured on this site are all handmade. Because of the nature of the process, no two are exactly alike and slight variations may occur. This means that the item you receive may vary slightly from the one shown, although we try to keep the consistency as close to true as possible.
- While we always keep a large range of stock, we cannot guarantee that any specific item will be available at all times. Please understand that all of our beads are handmade products, therefore we sometimes experience delays that leave us temporarily out of stock on certain items.
- We sell our product by piece and not by gram. The weight shown in this site is only for shipping references only.
- We are not responsible for any injury caused by the wearing or using of our products.
- Customers responsible for any customs fees or any other fees charged by government in their respective country in addition to the shipping fee. We are unable to predict which shipments will be assessed these fees or the amount of the fee that might be charged. Please check customs regulation in your country.
Return/Refund/Exchange Policy
We strive to fill your order accurately. At least two staffs check every order for accuracy and bead quality. Only very rare occasion items are not sent correctly or imperfect items are sent. However we cannot eliminate human errors completely. Please check all packaging carefully as soon as the order is delivered, before discarding packaging (box, envelope, etc). Claims will be handled per case basis, however this is the general information:
- Please contact us within 14 days after the package has been delivered for any damage or missing items. We are unable to accept any claim made after this time frame.
- No return items will be accepted without prior approval.
- We do not accept return/exchange/refund if customer changed their mind or items were mistakenly ordered. Kindly check carefully when ordering and recheck the items again in order confirmation email that was sent to confirm your order.
- Any variations due to the nature of production are not considered defects. Such as: variation on oxidation, ornaments alignment, sizes, finishing or slight modification on forms. While every effort are made to make the consistency, these variations are to be expected with handmade products.
- Please indicate the specific condition for any damage items. Advise the item's code for any missing item in the order.
- Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on the exchange/return and possible customs charges that may occur when the items is return to Indonesia. All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- All sales are final on clearance/sale Items.
We will always consider your claim fairly so you will feel comfortable to shop with us in the future.

- Our mailing list is voluntary. You can subscribe and unsubscribe anytime you like. Your email is used for our internal purposes only.
- We do not hold your credit card information as the credit card processing are done with the secure site. For security reasons, please do not sent your credit card details in emails or order forms.
- Every testimonials published in this website has been approved by customers. We will not publish customers' statement without their consent. Their details will not be publish to protect their privacy.
